Production Policy

This policy outlines the production process and responsibilities associated with customized orders.

Production Timeline

• Production time varies depending on the product type and typically ranges from 10 to 30 business days.

• The production timeline does not include the time taken by the customer to approve the design or sample.

Design & Modification Policy

• During the design stage, the customer is allowed one revision only.

• Any additional revisions beyond the first approved modification may be subject to additional charges.

• Once the order enters the production stage, no changes or modifications are permitted under any circumstances.

Customer Responsibility

• The customer assumes full responsibility after approving the final sample.

• Any errors or issues resulting from approved designs or specifications are the customer’s responsibility.
