• All products are custom-made according to customer specifications.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, designs, and artwork.

• Any delays caused by the customer (such as late design approval or missing information) may extend the delivery timeline.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed only after full payment or as agreed upon in writing.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Once an order is confirmed, it is subject to the Production Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Design & Approval

• The customer must carefully review and approve the final sample or design before production.

• After approval, no changes are allowed and the company bears no responsibility for errors that were approved by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

• The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.

• The maximum liability of the company, in any case, shall not exceed the total value of the order.

Intellectual Property

• All submitted designs and materials remain the property and responsibility of the customer.

• The customer confirms they have full rights to use any logos, trademarks, or content provided.

Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
